Ingredients
  • 2 oz chocolate of your choice, melted (55g)
  • 20 snack sticks
  • Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Melt your choice of chocolate. I will start with semi-sweet chocolate. Normally pepero is decorated at home. So you don’t really have to temper your regular chocolate.
  2. And cover a pocky with melted chocolate. Today I use Pepero and stick-snacks. And decorate your pepero. You can decorate with chopped walnuts and Oreos. And also Wilton confettis work great.
  3. Then I will also use violet and white couverture chocolates. You don’t really have to decorate if you use couverture chocolate.
