Baileys coffee is a popular drink for holiday season. I love Vienna coffee, which is made with only coffee and whipped cream. But when Baileys cream is added, that means holidays to me. For me, there is no winter without Baileys.
Baileys Coffee Recipe
For 1 person
- 220ml long coffee ( or 2 espresso with 2/3 cup of boiling water, freshly brewed your favorite coffee)
- 2-3 tablespoons Baileys Irish cream
- Whipped cream ( ½ cup of whipping cream & 1 tablespoon of confectioners’ sugar)
- Grated chocolate
First, warm your mug with hot water.
Then prepare your coffee. Today I am making long coffee. You can use 2 espresso shots (60ml) with 2/3 cup of boiling water. And your favorite brewed coffee is okay for this recipe as well.
Add in 2 tablespoons of Baileys Irish cream. If you want it to be stronger add in one more tablespoon of Baileys. And stir to combine.
To serve, top with sweetened whipped cream and decorate with grated chocolate.
