Melt your choice of chocolate. I will start with semi-sweet chocolate. Normally pepero is decorated at home. So you don’t really have to temper your regular chocolate.
And cover a pocky with melted chocolate. Today I use Pepero and stick-snacks. And decorate your pepero. You can decorate with chopped walnuts and Oreos. And also Wilton confettis work great.
Then I will also use violet and white couverture chocolates. You don’t really have to decorate if you use couverture chocolate.
