Season over both sides of chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken and cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done. Remove and keep warm.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add in the vinegar, soy sauce, honey and parsley to the pan; cook and stir for 2 minute or until glaze thickens.
Return chicken to the pan to coat with glaze.
