Camino de Santiago, French way in Spain. I walked more than 800kms (500miles) in one month. And I arrived in Santiago Compostella on the 10th October, 2010.

The hotel doorman assured good weather in spite of the unfavorable forecast, and there was no rains that night! 😀 Get the best seat, enjoy an Italian opera in the most celebrated out-door theater!

Alain Passard’s Michelin 3 star restaurant just in front of Musee Rodin in the chic 7th arrondissement Paris. I had only one lunch there before Cordon Bleu afternoon class with a classmate. Chef Alain Passard was greeting everyone there. I met many French chefs because they are normally at their eponymous restos to welcome guests.
