Hi, today I made healthy pineapple banana smoothie without ice. Buy fresh fruit and place in a sealed freezer bag and store in the freezer overnight. Then you are ready to make this smoothie in the morning.
Pineapple Banana Smoothie recipe
For 1 person
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple, ripe
- 1 ripe banana, medium sized
- 1/3 cup whole milk (or soy milk, rice milk)
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon acacia honey
To serve,
- Pinch freshly ground nutmeg
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into a glass. Dust with freshly ground nutmeg and serve with honey to taste.
