So here are the ingredients.
Lotte’s Pepero is the Korean version of Japanese Pocky. And Nov. 11 is 11/11, which means four Peperos (to people working at Lotte company). So Lotte started celebrating Nov. 11th as Pepero day, which was a clever marketing strategy because it is hugely successful in Korea now.

- 2 oz chocolate of your choice, melted (55g)
- 20 snack sticks
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt your choice of chocolate. I will start with semi-sweet chocolate. Normally pepero is decorated at home. So you don’t really have to temper your regular chocolate.
- And cover a pocky with melted chocolate. Today I use Pepero and stick-snacks. And decorate your pepero. You can decorate with chopped walnuts and Oreos. And also Wilton confettis work great.
- Then I will also use violet and white couverture chocolates. You don’t really have to decorate if you use couverture chocolate.
