How to Make Thumbs Up Cookies Slice & Bake

For 25 cookies

Ingredients

¾ cup unsalted butter (170g), softened
1 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar (155g)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
2 ½ cups cake flour (310g)
Food color – navy blue (I used Americolor in this video)
Sprinkles
Egg wash: 1 egg white & 1 teaspoon water

Hello, everyone!

I’m so happy to be back. There was a technically issue which prevents me from blogging since last year’s rainbow donut recipe. But today I upgraded the hosting and am able to access my own blog. Yay!
