Valentine Egg Salad Sandwich

Heart Shaped Egg Salad Sandwiches

Hi, Now it’s time to make Valentine sandwich with the egg cucumber salad filling which is just posted. This Valentine’s day I used a Japanese heart-shaped sandwich cutter. It also comes with a I<3YOU stamp. 🙂

 

Heart egg cucumber salad sandwiches

For 5 sandwiches

Ingredients

    • 10 slices sandwich bread
    • Egg cucumber salad (read the recipe)
    • 2 tablespoons salted butter, softened
    • 5 green leaves

Directions

Spread butter on the bread.

Arrange a green leaf on a slice of bread.

Then add some egg salad over the green.

Cover with another slice of bread.

Press with sandwich cutter on top and cut off the excess.

 

Arrange one green leaf on a slice of bread.
Arrange egg cucumber salad over the green.
Cover with another slice of bread.
Press down the sandwich with a sandwich cutter.
Press with a ILOVEYOU stamp.
