Hi, Do you make cucumber ribbons? Cucumber ribbons are easy to make and very versatile. And they are beautiful, so your dish will look professional. It can make perfect entrée (appetizer) or side dish. Don’t forget to serve with my soy sauce dressing.

Tofu Cucumber Tomato Salad Recipe

For 4 person

Ingredients

      • 4 oz firm tofu (300g)
      • 4 oz cucumber, medium sized (300g; 1 1/2 cucumbers)
      • 4 oz cherry tomatoes (300g)
      • 1/3 onion, sliced

To serve:

Directions

Cut the cucumber into ribbons using a potato peeler.

Use a potato peeler.

Cut the tofu into pieces of a baby finger size.

Place a tofu stick on a cucumber ribbon and roll up the ribbon: repeat with remaining ingredients.

Roll up.

Place pieces of onion on cucumber rolls

Cut the onion like this.
Decorate with onion.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
