 White Chocolate Mini Pound Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

    • 250 g butter
    • 180 g white chocolate
    • 330 g white sugar
    • 180 ml whole milk
    • 300 g flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • 2 eggs
    • For white chocolate icing:
    • 70 ml whipping creme
    • 300 g white chocolate

Method

1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Butter the pans.

2. Put butter, white chocolat, white sugar, and milk in a ramequin and melt them in a bain marie mixing with spatula until well combined. And let cool until tiede.

3. Sift flour and whisk flour and baking powder in a bowl until well mixed.

4. In another bowl, mix eggs and vanilla exract.

5. Pour egg mixture into white chocolate mixture and stir well.

6. Add flour mixture into liquid and stir until combined.

7. Fill the pans with the batter and bake for 25 minutes.

8. Let them cool on a wired rack.

For white chocolate icing:

1. Put whipping creme and white chocolate in a ramekins and melt them on a double boilder stirring with a wooden spatula until well combined.

2. Let cool for 30 minutes and cover the top of cakes with a spoonful of cooled white chocolate icing.
