STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE
For 2 serving
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen Strawberries (480ml)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt) (120ml)
- 1 cup milk (240ml)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons acacia honey (or your choice of sweetener) (30ml to 45ml)
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (10ml)
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

STRAWBERRY POPSICLES RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries (240ml)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt) (120ml)
- 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons acacia honey (or your choice of sweetener) (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (5ml)
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. And pour in Popsicle molds and freeze.
