Hi, I am making today a strawberry tart by request. It’s easy to make, I already made tart shells, pastry cream, nappage (fruit glaze) vidoes before.

Total cooking time: 1 hour 10 min
- 2 pounds strawberries (900g), hulled and sliced
Make a tart shell
Make crème pâtissière (pastry cream) in a separate recipe.
Make fruit glaze in a separate recipe.
- Pastry cream layer Pipe pastry cream into the tart shell. Then spread evenly with a spoon.
- Strawberry layer Arrange strawberry slices over the pastry cream layer.
- Fruit glaze Brush strawberries with warm fruit glaze.
