Hi, I am Eugenie. Today I am making bacon wrapped egg cups. It’s an easy way to upgrade breakfast and brunch.
Bacon Wrapped Egg Cups Recipe
for 6 cups
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 12 bacons
- 3 slices sandwich bread
- 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions
First, brush a muffin pan with butter.
Then over medium heat, cook bacon for 2 minutes. Then flip them over. And cook for another 3 minutes. They should be just brown because bacon will be cooked more in the oven. And place bacon on kitchen towel to drain the excess fat.
Then with a pastry ring, cut the bread. And fill the muffin molds with bread disks.
And line the molds with bacon. Then crack an egg into a mold. Repeat with the remaining eggs. Finally season with salt and pepper. And fresh or dried herbs of your choice.
Now bake in the pre-heated oven to 380 degrees F (190 C) for about 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
Voila!
Look at these. Quick, easy, cute, and also it’s fun to make. These are perfect for breakfast and brunch. And if you want, of course you can have them as dinner.
Bon appetit.
Today it was a breakfast recipe and tomorrow it’s Swiss roll. Get my weekly schedule at Facebook or Instagram. Thank you for watching. Bye for now.

Dear Eugenie,
I am new to cooking and really glad to find your channel at Youtube!
I’ve yet to try out your recipe yet, but I can’t wait to try this Bacon Wrapped Egg Cups by this week!
However, I’m wondering what I should do with the left over bread slices that have been cut… Can they be transform to any other dish? or how about homemade croutons? If yes, could you please demonstrate as well?
No offense. I just feel bad to waste food…
Thank you and very much appreciated if you could help with this. 🙂
