I had a big green salad with Balsamic vinegar this afternoon. You can make it in 3 minutes. Healthy and quick.. enjoy salads with this lemony and garlicky sauce!
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar (45 ml)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil (90 ml)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Add in all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined.
Serve with salad of your choice.
This Italian dressing is the best with tomato and buffalo cheese (Mozzarella) salad.
